Are Rockerz® products handmade?
Our Rockerz® products are handmade, assembled, or customized with hands-on production. Small cosmetic differences are normal.
How do I choose the right guard size?
Measure the actual skate blade using the sizing instructions on the product page. Do not rely only on boot size.
Can I customize guard colors?
Available customization appears on the product page. Options may vary by product and current material availability.
How do I clean Rockerz®?
Wash with soap and warm water to remove loose dirt and debris. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry completely. For stubborn debris in the blade channel, spray Blaster® Silicone Lubricant directly into the channel and allow it to sit for 10–20 seconds. Gently scrape the affected area with a narrow flat-head screwdriver to loosen and remove the buildup.
Why is there a gap between the Rockerz® segments?
A small gap of approximately 1–3 mm should remain at the narrowest point. This gap is necessary to maintain spring tension, ensuring that the Rockerz® segments are held securely against the front and rear of the blade.
Can I change a custom order?
Contact us at Rockerz Skatewear LLC immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom or personalized products may have limited return eligibility. Rockerz Skatewear LLC will review defects, shipping damage, and errors made by us.
Do I still need to dry my blades before using Critter Covers®?
Yes. Dry the blades completely first. Critter Covers® help manage remaining moisture but do not replace hand drying.
Can I walk in Critter Covers®?
No. Critter Covers® are soft storage covers. Use properly fitted hard guards for walking.
How do I wash Critter Covers®?
Use the attached care instructions. In general, use gentle cleaning, mild detergent, cool water, and complete air drying.
How often should I replace Sk8tape®?
Replace Sk8tape® every 1.5–2 months. Earlier replacement may be recommended depending on the amount of wear.
If Sk8tape® is left on for an extended period, adhesive residue may remain after removal. How can I remove it?
Spray Blaster® Silicone Lubricant onto areas of the boot with adhesive residue, then wipe clean with a cloth.
Do you ship internationally?
Rockerz Skatewear LLC ships to available international destinations shown at checkout. Customs charges and local import requirements may apply.
Who pays international duties and taxes?
Unless checkout states they are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage, and related fees.
Why has my tracking not updated?
A label may be created before the carrier's first scan. International shipments can also pause during customs review or carrier transfer.
What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?
Check all delivery areas, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. Then contact Rockerz with the order and tracking details.
